Look at the shape of this verse. It splits into a command and a reason. First: "Fear the LORD, all His saints" — that's the command. Then: "because those who fear Him have no lack" — that's the reason you'd want to obey it. It's structured like a parent saying, "Eat your vegetables — they'll make you strong."
