I John 2:18

• Whose teaching about Jesus do I absorb without ever testing it? Am I willing to hold even my favorite voices up to Scripture?

• When I see people abandon the faith, does it shake me, or does it confirm what Jesus said would happen? What does my reaction reveal about where my confidence rests?
• Am I more "alarmed" or more "alert" — and which one has been running my spiritual life lately?
• If it truly is "the last hour," what would I stop doing today, and what would I start?
