Yet he steadied his bow, and his strong arms were tempered by the hands of the Mighty One of Jacob, in the name of the Shepherd, the Rock of Israel,
Praise awaits You, O God, in Zion; to You our vows will be fulfilled.
The Mighty One, God the LORD, speaks and summons the earth from where the sun rises to where it sets.
Your vows are upon me, O God; I will render thank offerings to You.
I have sworn and confirmed that I will keep Your righteous judgments.
