ثُمَّ أَخَذَ الْمَلاَكُ الْمِبْخَرَةَ وَمَلأَهَا مِنْ نَارِ الْمَذْبَحِ وَأَلْقَاهَا إِلَى الأَرْضِ، فَحَدَثَتْ أَصْوَاتٌ وَرُعُودٌ وَبُرُوقٌ وَزَلْزَلَةٌ.

cast it into the earth--that is, unto the earth: the hot coals off the altar cast on the earth, symbolize God's fiery judgments about to descend on the Church's foes in answer to the saints' incense-perfumed prayers which have just ascended before God, and those of the martyrs. How marvellous the power of the saints' prayers! there were--"there took place," or "ensued." voices, and thunderings, and lightnings--B places the "voices" after "thunderings." A places it after "lightnings."
افتح المصدر ↗We have already seen what occurred upon opening six of the seals; we now come to the opening of the seventh, which introduced the sounding of the seven trumpets; and a direful scene now opens. Most expositors agree that the seven seals represent the interval between the apostle's time and the reign of Constantine, but that the seven trumpets are designed to represent the rise of antichrist, some time after the empire became Christian. In this chapter we have, I. The preface, or prelude, to the sounding of the trumpets (Rev 8:1-6). II. The sounding of four of the trumpets (Rev 8:7, etc.).

مِنْ قِبَلِ رَبِّ الْجُنُودِ تُفْتَقَدُ بِرَعْدٍ وَزَلْزَلَةٍ وَصَوْتٍ عَظِيمٍ، بِزَوْبَعَةٍ وَعَاصِفٍ وَلَهِيبِ نَارٍ آكِلَةٍ.
أَرْعَدَ الرَّبُّ مِنَ السَّمَاوَاتِ، وَالْعَلِيُّ أَعْطَى صَوْتَهُ، بَرَدًا وَجَمْرَ نَارٍ.
وَيَأْخُذُ مِلْءَ الْمَجْمَرَةِ جَمْرَ نَارٍ عَنِ الْمَذْبَحِ مِنْ أَمَامِ الرَّبِّ، وَمِلْءَ رَاحَتَيْهِ بَخُورًا عَطِرًا دَقِيقًا، وَيَدْخُلُ بِهِمَا إِلَى دَاخِلِ الْحِجَاب
لأَنَّهُ تَقُومُ أُمَّةٌ عَلَى أُمَّةٍ وَمَمْلَكَةٌ عَلَى مَمْلَكَةٍ، وَتَكُونُ مَجَاعَاتٌ وَأَوْبِئَةٌ وَزَلاَزِلُ فِي أَمَاكِنَ.
فَقَالَ: «اخْرُجْ وَقِفْ عَلَى الْجَبَلِ أَمَامَ الرَّبِّ». وَإِذَا بِالرَّبِّ عَابِرٌ وَرِيحٌ عَظِيمَةٌ وَشَدِيدَةٌ قَدْ شَقَّتِ الْجِبَالَ وَكَسَّرَتِ الصُّخُورَ أَمَامَ الرَّبِّ، وَلَمْ يَكُنِ الرَّبُّ فِي الرِّيحِ. وَبَعْدَ الرِّيحِ زَلْزَلَةٌ، وَلَمْ يَكُنِ الرَّبُّ فِي الزَّلْزَلَةِ.
وَنَظَرْتُ لَمَّا فَتَحَ الْخَتْمَ السَّادِسَ، وَإِذَا زَلْزَلَةٌ عَظِيمَةٌ حَدَثَتْ، وَالشَّمْسُ صَارَتْ سَوْدَاءَ كَمِسْحٍ مِنْ شَعْرٍ، وَالْقَمَرُ صَارَ كَالدَّمِ،
وَيُسَمِّعُ الرَّبُّ جَلاَلَ صَوْتِهِ، وَيُرِي نُزُولَ ذِرَاعِهِ بِهَيَجَانِ غَضَبٍ وَلَهِيبِ نَارٍ آكِلَةٍ، نَوْءٍ وَسَيْل وَحِجَارَةِ بَرَدٍ.
