Divers discourses or conferences of his with the Jews that cavilled at him, and sought occasion against him, and made every thing he said a matter of controversy. 1. أَفَقَدْ صِرْتُ إِذًا عَدُوًّا لَكُمْ لأَنِّي أَصْدُقُ لَكُمْ؟
لاَ يَقْدِرُ الْعَالَمُ أَنْ يُبْغِضَكُمْ، وَلكِنَّهُ يُبْغِضُنِي أَنَا، لأَنِّي أَشْهَدُ عَلَيْهِ أَنَّ أَعْمَالَهُ شِرِّيرَةٌ.
وَبِكُلِّ خَدِيعَةِ الإِثْمِ، فِي الْهَالِكِينَ، لأَنَّهُمْ لَمْ يَقْبَلُوا مَحَبَّةَ الْحَقِّ حَتَّى يَخْلُصُوا.
