وَوَجَدَ يَسُوعُ جَحْشًا فَجَلَسَ عَلَيْهِ كَمَا هُوَ مَكْتُوبٌ:
وَأَتَيَا بِالأَتَانِ وَالْجَحْشِ، وَوَضَعَا عَلَيْهِمَا ثِيَابَهُمَا فَجَلَسَ عَلَيْهِمَا.
فَبَادَرَ كُلُّ وَاحِدٍ وَأَخَذَ ثَوْبَهُ وَوَضَعَهُ تَحْتَهُ عَلَى الدَّرَجِ نَفْسِهِ، وَضَرَبُوا بِالْبُوقِ وَقَالُوا: «قَدْ مَلَكَ يَاهُو».
