فَقَالَ لَهُ يَسُوعُ:«انْظُرْ أَنْ لاَ تَقُولَ لأَحَدٍ. بَلِ اذْهَبْ أَرِ نَفْسَكَ لِلْكَاهِنِ، وَقَدِّمِ الْقُرْبَانَ الَّذِي أَمَرَ بِهِ مُوسَى شَهَادَةً لَهُمْ».
فَانْفَتَحَتْ أَعْيُنُهُمَا. فَانْتَهَرَهُمَا يَسُوعُ قَائِلاً: «انْظُرَا، لاَ يَعْلَمْ أَحَدٌ!»
وَفِيمَا هُمْ نَازِلُونَ مِنَ الْجَبَلِ أَوْصَاهُمْ يَسُوعُ قَائِلاً:«لاَ تُعْلِمُوا أَحَدًا بِمَا رَأَيْتُمْ حَتَّى يَقُومَ ابْنُ الإِنْسَانِ مِنَ الأَمْوَاتِ».
فَأَوْصَاهُمْ أَنْ لاَ يَقُولُوا لأَحَدٍ. وَلكِنْ عَلَى قَدْرِ مَا أَوْصَاهُمْ كَانُوا يُنَادُونَ أَكْثَرَ كَثِيرًا.
