Need a hand with dewfall, or want to report something? This page explains how to reach us and how reporting and safety work. dewfall is a Bible-reading app available on the web at dewfall.app and as a mobile app for iOS and Android.

Getting Help

The fastest way to reach us is by email at [email protected]. Whether you have a question about your account, a billing or subscription issue, a bug to report, or feedback about the reading experience, write to us and we will do our best to help.

When you contact us about a problem, it helps to include the platform you are using (web, iOS, or Android), a short description of what happened, and — if relevant — the passage or screen where you saw the issue. Please do not include passwords or other sensitive information in your message.

Accounts, Billing, and Subscriptions

Reading the Bible on dewfall is free and does not require an account. Signing in — currently through Google — lets you save your reading progress, journal, highlight, and generate AI deep dives.

dewfall+ subscriptions are handled by Polar, our merchant of record. You can manage or cancel your subscription through the options provided in the app or by Polar, and questions about a charge or refund can be sent to us at [email protected]. For the full terms, see our Terms of Service; for how we handle your data, see our Privacy Policy.

Reporting & Safety

dewfall includes social features — public reader profiles, a friends system, and optionally shared highlights — as well as AI-generated deep-dive commentary. We want these to stay safe and respectful for everyone.

If you come across something objectionable — a profile or display name, a shared highlight, or an AI-generated deep dive — you can report it using the quiet Report control that appears alongside that content in the app, or by emailing [email protected]. When you report, you choose a reason and can add an optional note; the reason is all we send to our analytics, and your note reaches only us.

You can also block another user at any time to stop all interaction with them. We review the reports we receive, and we may remove content, reset display names or handles, or suspend or terminate accounts that violate our rules. Deep dives are AI-generated study aids: they can be incomplete or inaccurate, are not authoritative doctrine, and are not a substitute for Scripture or professional advice — reporting one helps us catch content that crosses a line.

Terms & Privacy

Your use of dewfall is governed by our Terms of Service, and our Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We encourage you to read both.

If anything on those pages is unclear, or you would like to exercise a privacy right such as accessing or deleting your data, email us at [email protected] and we will help.
